Our JV program, ages 11-14, has been designed to increase performance while simultaneously reducing the risk of injury.  Athletes in the JV group will build upon the foundation that was set in the Rookie classes.  Athletes that have not participated in the Rookies classes but are within the age range, 11-14, are still encouraged to join the JV classes.  The classes will focus on stabilization/balance, core stability, speed/agility/quickness and properly designed strength training.  At this stage in the athletes development they will continue to build joint integrity and build muscle properly through a mix of multi-planar exercises.  The JV program is a great way for athletes to build strength and confidence as they prepare for high school sports.
