Rookie classes are designed to help young athletes, ages 7-10, build a solid foundation that they will build upon as they grow. This foundation will also help the athletes prevent future injuries by improving joint stability while helping reduce muscular dysfunctions. These athletes will learn to control and stabilize their bodies through a variety of bodyweight movements. As the athletes build proper coordination and control they will learn proper running mechanics, how to properly accelerate/decelerate, and the proper ways to change direction on the field.
